The new DICAM has been the first department of the University of Bologna to succeed in the great strategic plan of reuniting all people and resources of related engineering branches.
Its ambitious mission is creating and developing advanced research in the areas of civil, environmental and materials engineering, from design, construction and service of manmade structures and infrastructures, through the study and characterization of the constituent materials, to the analysis of their set-up and impact on the territory.
This renovated web site represents not only a source of constantly updated information, but also a remarkable working tool to promote scientific exchange and technological transfer.
